The waterpark features a dedicated children's area, slides for various ages, and kept my kids entertained throughout our stay.
Crowds from outside the hotel influenced the experience, particularly during New Year’s. Our room lacked basic supplies, with no toilet paper provided on one occasion. The cleanliness was lacking, especially under the bed, and the bathroom amenities felt outdated. Dining options were limited, with breakfast at Chico’s providing the same monotonous choices daily, mostly lacking variety after the first morning. A curious absence of in-room dining and limited restaurant choices made meals feel repetitive, with encroaching monkeys adding an unsettling vibe.

I had an awesome time discovering nearby attractions like the pristine Mzamba Beach and the breathtaking Umtamvuna Nature Reserve, which made every stroll feel special and worth it. the hotel was perfect for families, offering cool activities such as horse riding along the beach and a great water park nearby for the kids to enjoy.

The Luxury Twin Room with Garden View was pretty comfy, and I really appreciated the beds. It was nice to kick back after a long day. The view of the garden added a lovely touch. the room felt a bit dated, and I expected better for a South African 4-star hotel. not bad, but it didn’t wow me like I hoped.

Beach vibes and lekker brekkie 🌊🍳
Had a jol horse riding on the beach and the brekkie was super lekker. Comfy beds made it easy to chill. Activities are all around, and the whole family had a blast!
Just wished the check-in was sharper. waited a bit too long, which was a bit of a bummer.
